Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
If you believe you have received hair with a quality issue, you must contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery and provide clear photos of the hair showing the concern.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Photos of the hair and quality issue must be provided.
- The hair must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and in its original condition.
- The hair must not have been washed, colored, cut, bleached, or chemically processed.
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, an exchange may be issued for the same item. Exchanges are granted solely at the discretion of NAKD Hair.

- No refunds will be provided.
- We are not responsible for issues resulting from improper installation, coloring, bleaching, chemical processing, or misuse of the hair.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
